The Maine-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency (MDFMR) invites osteopathic physicians to join us at MaineGeneral Medical Center to investigate the intersection between osteopathy and yoga and see how the practice of yoga can inform the clinical manipulative practice.

Our course director is Barbara Ann Moss, DO, MPH, C-NMM/OMM, FACOFP.

The lead program faculty are osteopathic physicians with neuromusculoskeletal medicine certification who are also yoga instructors. They draw on both traditions in their practice of medicine.

The cost is $250 and includes breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. The cost is $200 for Maine-Dartmouth graduates.

This program is cosponsored by the Maine Osteopathic Association (MOA). The MOA is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The MOA designates this program for a maximum of 15 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
